I booked 16 rooms in December for the outstation guests attending my wedding over a weekend! From stellar service to extremely cooperative staff to a smooth check-in experience and yummy complimentary breakfast ~ my guests only had positive things to say! Moreover the prime location & economical rates makes the hotel an easy choice! Rooms are clean with toiletries for all genders. The backup generator also helped when there was a blackout for sometime. Can't ask for more!

Our three days staying at Soukyam Hotel was excellent. The service boys and receptionist (Ms. Chumky) are very well behaved and helpful. Buffet Breakfast and Lunch were very good with wide range of options for both Bengali and South Indian dishes. Room services are also attended very quickly in all occasions. The overall experience was excellent. Will definitely visit again in future.

Stayed here for a week with friends to visit an ex colleague from the Uk Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful in arranging for me to have cold milk for my cereal. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Hotel was away from the noisey traffic so slept ok. Would recommend staying here

Breakfast & lunch are arranged in buffet system; open for both guests and outsiders. Menu is varied and homelike, food is delicious, healthy and fulfilling. Definately reccomended. Restaurent is clean and air conditioned. It's appreciable they kept a good standard so inexpensive. Location is good. Rooms are well equipted. Khub bhalo service. Very convinient for long duration stay with family in gariahat.
